Sounds like you have plenty of 'reviewers' but more than happy to offer suggestions / critique (I won't offer false flattery but I do think it has a strong beginning) Personally though I'd leave asking too many until you leave it to 'rise' for a while then as with a good loaf of bread go back and knead it into shape before offering it the heat of the oven of scrutiny.
